Throughout his career, Gerald appeared in a total of 72 films.  These appearances range from uncredited actor at the beginning of his film-making career, through credited voice narration, to featured actor and latterly as star of the film.  His starring roles included “Guns, Girls and Gangsters”, “Date With Death”, “Terror in the Haunted House” (aka “My World Dies Screaming”) and “The Angry Red Planet”, a rare colour film appearance!  His last film role was Tom Branca in “Funny Girl”, which he made in  early summer 1968.
